We are looking for a Team Leader for our Repair Workshop in Başakşehir

Responsibilities: 

To control the work plan, in the scope of the incoming or outgoing products to the workshop

To ensure correct repair and maintenance of the unit or devices incoming to the workshop in accordance with the instructions in the repair catalogues

To keep the equipment, fixtures and counter list in the workshop constantly updated and maintained

To take necessary actions to improve the quality of repair in the workshop

To increase customer satisfaction and to carry out necessary business development activities for new business potentials. 

Qualifications:

Technical background preferably engineering (mechanical or electrical)

At least 6 years of mechanical repair and maintenance workshop (commercial vehicles) management experience

MS Office, measuring devices, repair and maintenance tools and test devices knowledge

Uppermediate in English.
