Our foreign capital company is seeking for a "Customer Service Specialist" to join our start-up factory located in İzmir/Gaziemir Aegean Free Zone.

The successful candidate requirements are: 

Qualifications:

• University degree,
• Min. 3 years experience in related position (preferably in a global company),
• Industrial equipments manifacturing sector experience is a plus,
• Very good command of English both written and verbal,
• Outstanding customer service skills, well organised, customer oriented,
• Having good knowledge of Oracle, CRM and MS Office.

Job Description:

• Working on the customer order process to ensure orders are planned and delivered accurately and efficiently,
• Preparation of the necessary documents related to the customer orders and processing them,
• Providing information to customers about price changes in products, promotions, delivery times, etc...
• Ensuring control of shipped products until its delivered to the customer,
• Having feedbacks from customers and taking actions,
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
