Wittur is looking for a ASM (Francaphon) to join the  Sales team of our Turkey plant / trading company, based in Istanbul.

Main tasks of the role will include:

• The Regional Sales Manager (Francaphon) is responsible for achieving the sales and profitability targets set by the company management in his region
• Determines the necessary strategy about the product and the market
• Closely monitors the current status of its customers, ensures collection and realizes sales
• Reaching the sales target (KPI) in the region for which it is responsible
• Demonstrate communication skills with customers
• To gain new customers
• To comprehend the corporate identity of the company and to work in this direction
• Organizing periodic travel for customers in the region
• To comply with the notified Occupational Health and Safety rules and internal regulations
• To comply with all policies, procedures and rules published within the scope of ISMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 1SO 45001
• To carry out the activities (non-conformity, area open to improvement, observation, etc.) reported in the audit by the Internal Audit Team and the ISMS Committee, and to provide the necessary support
• To comply with the confidentiality statement and disciplinary procedure 

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
• At least 3 years of experience,
• Advanced level of English, French
• Previously gained experience in the elevator industry,
