QUALIFICATIONS:
 • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering and other Engineering Programs

• Master’s Degree is a plus,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in system analysis, development, and project management will be prioritized),

-Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles

-Knowledge of software development lifecycle

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Customer and result oriented,

• No travel restriction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the analysis, planning, development, and adaptation of field, call center, and warehouse systems

*Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the efficient and effective use of systems.

*Analyzing, designing and improving business processes according to customers’ needs,

• Handling Project Management processes,

• Adapting new technologies to the business processes,

• Conducting Data Analysis with the related data,

• Creating and running application of test and prototype scenarios,

• Designing business plans about new process.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
