Qualifications and Duties

·        Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering departments

·        Strong and good communication with client and/or project management

·        Excellent command of English

·        Extremely attentive to business follow-up, open to self-development

·        Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies and procedures.

·        Have excellent organisational skills

·        Proficient in MS Office tools

·        Checking/verifying documents prior to issue for accuracy and compliance

·        Maintaining project registers and control logs as needed for accreditation.

·        Assisting project teams with storage and access of project information

·        Preparing quote for the sustainability projects.

·        To ensure the management of agendas and site visit programs.
