We are currently seeking an Event and Organization Assistant who will be responsible for assisting in the seamless execution of operations from start to finish, while demonstrating sensitivity to the following areas:

• Providing guidance and problem-solving in tasks undertaken, consulting with the M&E project manager and team leader as required.
• Maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring procurement of services and materials is conducted in accordance with departmental policies.
• Timely and disciplined input of project-related data into the M&E infrastructure.
• Working in full coordination with the Accounting and Finance departments on matters such as data entry, invoicing, and collections.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a bachelor's or associate degree graduate from departments specializing in tourism or communication.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred or inexperienced
