We are looking for an experienced Reputation Management Agent to join our team as part of our Commercial Department in our Antalya Headquarter.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, Civil Aviation Management or related fields,
• Having a relevant experience in aviation or tour operators is a plus,
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in customer service or complaint management services
• Excellent level of written and spoken German and Turkish language, as well as a good level of English
• Good problem-solving skills
• Organized and stress-resistant
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude
• Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Mandatory military service must be completed for male candidates,
• Living in Antalya or willing to relocate, optionally remote

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To communicate with our customers through online communications channels such as online forums and social media channels in order to give them customer relations service,
• To provide support to our customers who reaches us through online channels,
• To follow all notifications on the Corendon Airlines website and Service Center applications in order to be up to date with the latest booking conditions, travel advices and Corendon Airlines’ policies,
• To follow up the daily online news portals, forums and social media channels by the help of the platforms and online services acquired,
• To search for the most developed follow-up services that can be acquired in order to maintain the best information flow.
• To analyze competitors through these platforms and reporting to the management accordingly,
• To report feedbacks in social media and also the news and comments about the company regularly to the manager and top management
