We are looking for a Crew Training Officer to join our Crew Training Department in our Antalya Headquarter.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• University degree in related fields, or preferably in Civil Aviation Transportation Management and Civil Aviation Management.
• Preferably with flight training experience in the aviation sector.
• Having EASA Ops, Part FCL knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to manage projects and comply with the legislation.
• Having problem-solving skills and the ability to make operational decisions under high pressure.
• Team player with good organizational and communication skills.
• Having planning and job follow-up skills.
• Used to working in busy schedule.
• Excellent level of written and spoken English language is a must.
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Living or willing to relocate in Antalya.

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Follow up monthly ground and simulator training programs in coordination with related departments and relevant staff and ensure that training schedule is in compliance with standards in the training manual and procedures.
• Coordinate with contracted outsourcing companies concerning training scheduling.
• Prepare monthly ground and simulator training schedules in compliance with training manual standards and procedures and follow up performing of training.
• Keep cockpit ground and simulator training records up-to-date for follow-up.
• To assist Crew Training Specialist at internal and external audits and initiation of necessary preventive and corrective actions.
