Job Description

  • In order to enhance customer experience, detect the inconveniences of the cases and take proper action via system

  • Achieving efficiency and accuracy based quality targets in regular basis

Requirements

  • Residency in İzmir

  • Native level proficiency in Azerbaijani and good level proficiency in English

  • Availability to work in 24/7 shift system

  • Being attentive and meticulous

  • Being a good team player
