We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and committed Flight Dispatcher candidates to join our dynamic, growing team.
Within the scope of flight dispatcher training program, dispatcher candidates will be recruited to be trained. This position is suited to inexperienced candidates who are subject to examinations and selection process.

Job Description

• Supervising all aspects of controlling of flight and associated aircraft movements, keeping all concerned fully informed of delays, re-routing, etc. and transmitting aircraft movement and other related operations messages.
• Analyzing operational and meteorological conditions to evaluate and determine the safest and most efficient minimum fuel requirement.
• Communicating with Operations Coordination to provide timely analysis of meteorological risks that may impact local and/or system operations, including aircraft on layover
  
• Preparation of flight plans in accordance with weather reports (METAR, TAF and weather maps, etc.).
• Checking NOTAMs.
• Supporting, briefing and/or assisting the Commander in flight preparation, preparing the operational flight plan, ATS flight plans, signing operational and ATS flight plan when applicable and filing ATS flight plan with appropriate ATS unites. 

Qualifications

• Graduating from engineering departments of universities (preferably Math, Industrial, Aircraft Engineering and Statistics).
  
• Having an excellent command of English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and possessing strong IT skills
• Working in shift system.
• Having analytical reasoning and multitasking skills.
• Having fast, effective decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and attention to details
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
