TAB Food Industry and Trade. Inc. It was established in 1994 and opened its first BURGER KING restaurant in Istanbul in 1995. Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector with the number of restaurants and customer volume it has opened. TAB Gıda is increasing its effectiveness day by day with the brands Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, Subway, which it incorporated after Burger King, and the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands it created.

We are looking for a "Revenue Growth Management Specialist/Senior Revenue Growth Management Specialist " with the following qualifications to be employed in the Marketing Department of our company.

The Revenue Strategy Executive contributes to the maximization of revenue, profit and margin by leading the revenue management plans for TAB Gıda brands ( Burger King, Popeyes, Arby’s, Sbarro, Usta Dönerci, Usta Pideci, Subway) in the countries of operation (Turkey, China, North Cyprus, North Macedonia, Georgia).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning data-driven strategies to make sure our features and products match with our customers' goals and expectations and ensures overall satisfaction,
• Leverage data and planning data driven strategies to identify new growth opportunities for TAB brands in dine-in and delivery platforms,
• Provide pricing-related insights and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments,
• Help create a pricing roadmap, plan for dynamic pricing strategy matching with the short/long term goals of our brands,
•  Prepare ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate decision making within the company,
• Work with cross-functional teams on the RGM methodology and leading them on RGM mindset to grow the business profitably,
• Responsible for Market RGM initiatives list across RGM levers (Brand Pricing, Active Mix Management, Promotion Management, Delivery Platform Management),
• Design hourly, weekly CRM promotions in the delivery platforms to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing with revenue management,
• Knowledge of market and consumer research, marketing budget and P&L,
• Experience in revenue growth and data analysis,
• Experience in working with 3rd parties and marketing agencies,
• Being a team-player and having strong collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Analytical skills and creative mindset,
• High communication skills,
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
