We are looking for a motivated and energetic Cold Calling Representative (Student-Friendly) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, playing a key role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services. Engage in conversations to understand customer needs and interests.
  
  
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Schedule appointments or direct leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
  
  
• Database Management: Accurately log call details and customer information in our CRM database. Maintain and update customer records regularly.
  
  
• Learn and Adapt: Gain a solid understanding of our products/services to confidently address customer questions. Receive regular feedback to improve your calling technique.
  
  
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Regularly report on call activities and outcomes.
  
  
• Customer Relationship: Build rapport with potential customers, providing a positive brand experience regardless of whether the call results in a sale.
  
  
• Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the management on customer reactions and the effectiveness of different scripts and strategies. Continuously seek to improve call techniques and approach.
  
  
• Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and cold calling best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• English is a must.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
• No prior experience necessary
