QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
- Min. 2 years of experience as a Department Assistant, Office Assistant assistant positions
- Organized and using time effectively
- Easy-learner and a team-player
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities; can coordinate workloads, handle details, and meet deadlines effectively
- Proactive and solution oriented personality
- Self-motivated with good communication skills both with clients and engagement teams
- Take responsibility and be initiative when necessary
- Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Eager to learn about emerging technologies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented and well organized
We are looking for a “Department Assistant” for our "PwC - Center of Excellence Team" with the following qualifications:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the smooth running of the Assurance department through the planning and performing administrative tasks
- Plans, coordinates, and executes onsite and offsite meetings and events to include: client meetings, board meetings, staff meetings and more
- Works with all staff to provide a team approach for fulfillment of tasks
- Support the planning and projects of Assurance Turkey team.
- Assist managers of Assurance team
- Developing strong business relationships and working collaboratively with a broad range of staff with a variety of roles
- Consolidates meeting notes, minutes, and presentations from meetings if requested
- Managing executive’s calendar of appointments and tasks
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings; completing time and expense reports
