QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced “Key Account Manager” for our growing team.

What you will do?

  • Handling directly key accounts and ensure their development and commercial follow up,
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust,
  • Building a good relationship with existing customers,
  • Developing new commercial opportunities,
  • Analyzing potential customers to acquiring new customers, drawing up individual sales concepts and negotiating contracts,
  • Providing solutions in line with customers’ needs and coordinating intra-company efforts,
  • Collecting and analyzing customer data to provide customer relationship management,
  • Resolving any issues faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust,
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives,
  • Managing communications between Key Clients and internal teams,
  • Staying updated with industry and market trends and their best practices.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field; Master's degree preferred,
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience Sales Management (Min 4 years’ experience Key Account Management,
  • Preferably experienced in e-commerce, logistic sectors or value-added services (VAS) in general,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (CRM experience is an asset),
  • Excellent command of English,
  • B class driving license,
  • Competent in sales (understanding customer dynamics, planning, selling, negotiating, and managing skills),
  • Dynamic, customer-focused and excellent communication skills,
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing market dynamics,
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation,
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills,
  • Self-motivated and teamwork oriented.
