Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience required in industrial manufacturing sectors
• A or B Class Safety Specialist Certificate from the Ministry of Labor
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety and health management (Risk Assessment and Machine Safety)
• Have a certificate of NEBOSH and CMSE® - Certified Machinery Safety Expert is preferred
• Presentational skills with the ability to influence others to effect change in a positive manner
• Experience ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems
• Excellent communication skills with solid teamwork ability
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Good or intermediate level command in English
• Military service completed for male candidates

Job Profile/Responsibilities

• Drive the HSE activities at plant and implement global and local targets, identified improvements together with the local HSE team.Supports in the regulation of HSE compliance for statutory and internal requirements
• Support managers and employees to ensure area of responsibility is compliant with HSE standards, regulations, and guidelines, prepare safety instructions, notices and assist with relevant training.
• Participate and contribute the incident prevention programs, workshop sessions and incident investigation and analysis studies.
• Develops and proposes objectives and targets for the site(s) and then provides regular reporting to inform on the progress
• Conducts HSE inspections, audits, and assessments for site installations, technical equipment, and HSE prevention measures
• Tracks HSE incidents and provides recommendations
• Operates in collaboration Corporate HSE, Medical Staff, and HSE authorities
• Promoting and actively engaging employees to build and maintain a culture of Work Safe
• Ensuring and controlling the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System plans, procedures and instructions,
• Informing the employees about the health and safety measures that are created as a result of the Health and Safety risk assessment,
• Being responsible for the investigation of all accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries, and tracking implementation of preventive/corrective measures as required,
• Checking work permits, safety analyzes, locking - tagging, periodical maintenance and measurement works within the scope of Health and Safety Legislation in the workplace,
• Support the activities to update and maintain the ISO 45001 and 14001
• Follow up HSE KPI's of departments
