• ·         To perform all foreign trade (import & export) activities and and close follow-up foreign trade legislation and take early action for new requirements,
• ·         To follow the import track the documentation, handling all custom issues such as controlling custom documents, expense invoices, custom clearance issue,
• ·         Being in contact with local suppliers and service providers to take price offers, price renewals, purchase order status tracking and stock entrances.
• ·         Organizing the procurement of the equipment and goods related to the all type of activities (spare parts, service, raw materials and packaging materials)
• ·         Sourcing, developing and finding alternative local/global suppliers and evaluating their performance
• ·         Reviewing and analysing the all local/global suppliers market related to the production activities, demands, availability, trends etc.
• ·         Cooperating with internal stakeholders and purchasers in the business units.
  

General Qualifications

• ·         Min. 5 years experience in international purchasing and global procurement processes - Polymer market is an advantage,
• ·         Bachelor’s degree in BA, Engineering or other related fields,
• ·         Good command of English,
• ·         Knowledge about Export/ Import operations,
• ·         Basic technical knowledge - experience in industrial is an advantage,
• ·         Experience working with ERP systems is a must - working with SAP(MM module),
• ·         Proficient in Microsoft office applications,
• ·         Being able to negotiate the best possible deals with suppliers and excellent project procurement management skills.
