QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering, preferably Electrical– Electronics, Physics, or similar
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the lighting industry
• Experience in negotiating the scope and priority of projects with stakeholders
• Strong technical and analytical ability
• Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent products development, persuasion and follow-through skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
• Good understanding of project management frameworks - preferable experience using project management tools
• Good sense of customer expectation and technology
• Good understanding of problem-solving and general management techniques
• Understanding of the Risk Management Process
• Advance level of English (written and spoken)
• Motivated and a good team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal/written communication and professional presentation skills
• Goal oriented
• No restriction for travel abroad and domestic
• Resident in Ankara.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

1. Acting as a communication bridge between sales and technical departments
2. Balancing the demands of these units, ensuring that all units are synchronized to increase sales and complete the product vision
3. Periodically evaluating the market and competitive environment and determining the trends affecting the market and opportunity areas for sales
4. To provide feedback and technical support to the R&D
5. Following the technological developments, ensuring the adaptation of the products to the technological developments
6. Examining customer complaints and requests, contacting relevant departments, and developing solutions in accordance with customer needs
7. To ensure that products are developed and produced in accordance with customer expectations
8. Ensuring the technology and financial resources are used in the most efficient and economical option
9. Certification of products
10. Monitoring the team about lighting calculations and lighting design
11. Ensuring that the data in Product Information Management (PIM) systems is up-to-date and correct
12. Providing product training
13. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
14. Ensuring schedules are well planned and followed
15. To lead the process of adopting, spreading, and implementing the company culture, policies, mission, vision, and such values
16. Building quality into all aspects of work and ensuring the progress of the processes in coordination with the quality requirements by working in accordance with the relevant procedures and standards in product
17. To make sure that all the backups of the documents for the documentation are taken and shared with the related departments
18. To calculate, evaluate, report, and review the process performance and develop the processes continuously
19. To define the risks within processes and start necessary actions to eliminate the risk reasons.
