QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Business Administrator

Company Information:

Mekanet Energy is an innovative engineering firm in its sector. Alongside its technical departments, business management is also a significant component of the company. We are currently seeking an Assistant Business Administrator to contribute to our rapidly growing organization and enhance our efficiency.

Position: Assistant Business Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Accounting Operations: Managing invoice issuance, payment follow-ups, bank transactions, and other pre-accounting processes.
  • Supporting Business Management / Assisting in following management affairs:
    1. Logistical Support in Site Engineering Services
    2. Research for trade fairs and participation processes.
    3. Logistics and customs procedures
  • Procurement Support: Providing support to the technical team in procurement processes, communicating with suppliers, and managing material procurement processes.
  • Communication: Managing internal and external correspondence effectively through email and other communication channels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on business processes, analysing data, and presenting findings to management.
  • Digital Media Management: Contributing to the updating of the company website and LinkedIn pages.
  • Office Organization: Regularly checking and maintaining the physical conditions of the office, identifying deficiencies, and taking necessary steps to address them.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of work experience.
  • Pre-Accounting Knowledge: Proficiency in pre-accounting operations and ability to independently carry out these tasks.
  • Organization and Follow-up Skills: Ability to manage office organization and needs, identify deficiencies, and address them.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and Analytical Thinking: Demonstrating a proactive approach and analytical thinking skills for problem-solving.
  • Digital Media Proficiency: Ability to contribute to the updating of the company website and LinkedIn pages.
