QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a team member with the following qualifications to be appointed as "Supply Specialist" in our company operating in the aviation sector.
Qualifications:
- University degree in the related fields,
- At least 2 years of experience in technical supply chain, procurement, logistics and customs operations in the aviation industry with experience in aircraft parts procurement and component repair or other relevant fields.
- Advance level of English both in written and spoken
- A good understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Good working knowledge and procurement experience in Aircraft Parts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes,
- Solution-oriented and strong communication skills,
- Team player with good organizational & planning skills,
- Decisive and result oriented,
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- Mandatory military service must be completed for male candidates
- Ability to work in shifts,
- Living or willing to relocate in Antalya
Job Description:
- To supply the requested technical parts in compliance with MGA guidelines and follow them until they reach the store area,
- Supplying all aircraft parts on time,
- Researching repair shops to repair components in accordance with the approved standards and having components repaired and following all processes until the parts reach the store,
- To reliably and on schedule provide the required parts in the best possible economic condition in accordance with established requirements,
- To ensure that the part is returned on time, to complete return duties in any Exchange or Loan operations, and to be informed about the processes pertaining to supply methods,
- Evaluating shop reports and repair costs and completing the approval process of parts,
- Controlling warranty coverage of unserviceable parts and expressing warranty claims,
- Carrying out supply processes in accordance with MOE and procedures,
- Making component repair agreements and ensuring that the agreements are updated at regular intervals,
- Sending RFQs and collecting offers,
- Ensuring that the suppliers and repair shops are on the MGA approved supplier list and keeping it up to date,
- Entering the data of the supplied or repaired components into the ERP system and recording the evaluation results, approvals and the related results,
- Involving in ongoing projects related to Technical Supply Department,
- Planning the necessary actions with the logistics department and the transportation company to coordinate part shipments and minimize the logistics time and cost.
