• Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
• ITIL based Incident, Request, Problem, Change management experience,
• ITIL certification is a plus,
• Have a good level of English comprehension and writing skills,

• A good team player, solution-oriented, open to innovations,
• Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems,
• Knowledgeable about ITSM and its applications,
• Conducted project management, efficiency and process analysis studies,
• Strong communication skills, well-developed reporting and presentation skills,

What we expect from the Operational Excellence Specialist;

• Designing and managing ITIL Processes (such as change, announcement, event and problem management),
• End-to-end management of the Incident Management process (Case analysis, root cause analysis),
• Publishing incident documentation that will help determine the root cause of incidents,
• Ensuring that appropriate escalation procedures are followed and working in coordination with support teams to resolve problems,
• Ensuring the management of the L0 help desk support team, checking and reporting that the tickets are closed in accordance with the specified periods,
• Keeping Service Catalogs up to date,
• Sharing the determined operational and KPI reports on a daily basis, and taking action in cases that do not comply with the KPI report,
• Ensuring that operational situations are recorded, progressed, updated, authorized, accelerated and resolved efficiently,
• Ensure proper end-to-end functioning of monitoring systems and take action to improve existing processes,
• Collaborate with supplier and service teams and take troubleshooting actions for triggered events,
• To carry out operations related to Service Management in accordance with the regulations and to carry out the control mechanism,
• Ensuring effective implementation of ITIL processes in line with company strategies,
• To ensure that Service Management processes are designed in accordance with the target, policy and legislation, and that existing process flows are reviewed and adapted to field practices and implemented,
• Leading field processes,
• Planning, organizing and giving or ensuring the delivery of necessary training within the scope of Service Management
