We are looking for Customer Service Representative to strengthen our amazing customer service team in Türkiye
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking caring of existing and new customers as well as with the additional sales to the existing customers
Responsibilities
To handle the customer service and take care of the customer and their requests as well as performing in accordance with Lindström values and operational instructions by
- Entering customer data into the data base and updating customer information
- Handling customer telephone calls & customer feedback and making required activities
- Actively preventing terminations of contracts and reduce of purchased services
- Follow up of first delivery to new customer
- Handling the invoicing process to customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Min 2 years of experience in customer service departments
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Data interpretation and Analytical skills
- Advance level MS office knowledge
- Advanced level English
