DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant field master's degree will be an asset,
  • Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in HR processes, with at least7-8 years in managerial roles,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, skilled in HR data analytics,
  • Have experience in system design end-to-end HR processes on SAP/HRand/or Success Factors and/or SAP Fiori applications,
  • Knowledgeable in HR policies, legal regulations, and industrial relations,
  • Designing innovative HR approaches and capable of conceptualizing HR projects while keeping up with technology trends,
  • Experienced in team management, capable of effectively establishing, developing, and coordinating systems in a dynamic work environment,
  • Able to communicate effectively and exhibit customer-oriented approaches to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making competencies while focusing on the needs and expectations of employees, leading processes and practices in line with company values.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Develop HR Business Parnership strategies aligned with the vision, mission, strategy, and goals of the organization, ensuring the design and/or development of projects that are suitable for these purposes.
  • Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and dissemination of processes such as Employee Development and Training, Workforce Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions, Polyvalance Projects, Organizational Design, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management System, Recognition & Rewards, Career Management, Promotion/Rotation/Succession Planning processes, in alignment with participatory management principles and focusing on the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Prepare the HR budget in accordance with annual development plans and processes.
  • Develop projects to increase employee engagement and ensure the use at entire company.  
  • Responsible for preparing documentation related to all HR processes under their responsibility, reviewing and revising existing documents and being responsible for the design and management of the process comply with legal requirements.
