General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Proven experience in export operations or logistics
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures (Letter of Credit knowledge is a plus)
• Proficiency in English (Proficiency in other languages is a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (SAP is a plus)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation

Job Description:

The Export Operation Specialist will be responsible for:

• Arrangement of logistics and shipping for orders
• Collaborating with international transportation and customs clearance firms to provide the most effective and efficient logistic solutions
• Communicating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Preparing and reviewing export documentation, and delivering the prepared documentation to the customer
• Ensuring proper execution of export procedures in close collaboration with the sales department
• Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and export control laws
• Managing, tracking, and improving of export processes
