Profile

• Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Administration and other related departments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product, digital marketing or growth (web, mobile app)
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools (ie Google Analytics, Adjust, Sensortower etc) is a plus
• Knowledge in user acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn
• Data-driven and result-oriented approach with systematic working principles
• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player with positive attitude
• Experience in agile decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross functional teams with result oriented mindset
  
  

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-device growth approaches for web, mobile and desktop platforms
• Recognize, define and act on growth and scaling opportunities for the business and brand
• Create growth strategy and initiatives around acquisition, user retention, traffic and conversion through different marketing channels
• Search further for enriching product & growth capabilities, channels with cross functional teams
• Monitor, leverage organic and paid growth channels
• Track, analyze, and report KPI's and results
• Follow up digital and growth trends, best practices and compatitor landscape.
