Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in Engineering
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Proven team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be self-directed and relate effectively to all levels of an organization
• Proactive approach to problem identification and creative resolution
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and preferably MS Project
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Ability to travel as required
• Residency on the Asian side of Istanbul

Job Description:

• Research, propose, and implement new projects based on market, customer and competitor analyses
• Plan and develop necessary infrastructure, procedural and operational improvements
• Create plans for company advertising, promotion, and B2B organization activities
• Act as the point of contact for proposal requests with customers
• Support in identifying, quantifying, and acting on new business opportunities
• Review customer requests for proposals, obtain the required information package
• Coordinate and track required reviews and external inputs for all aspects of a response within the established timeframe
• Develop customer proposals and follow up the process internally and externally
• Lead risk and opportunity analysis studies and gap analysis
• Participate in information transfer to internal project teams to review, assess, measure, and implement contracted work packages
• Assist in preparing the Business Development budget
• Manage performance and career development plans for subordinates, identifying, planning, and implementing training and development needs
• Support sustainability activities and take responsibility for them
• Contribute to increasing overall company success by meeting department KPIs and the vision outlined in the Strategic Plan
