AKSA is operating in manufacturing, technology development, marketing, and distribution fields in power generation and energy systems. Selling to 178 countries, the range of the company includes diesel generators, portable generators, marine generators, natural gas generators, control panels, soundproofed canopies, and lighting towers. The production zones are located in Turkey, China (the world’s largest power generator plant), the USA, and a trade and assembly center in the Netherlands to serve our European clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related departments( Business Administration, Economics, Finance) and preferably Master’s degree,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance related positions or budgeting (preferable in an international audit firms),
- Knowledge of IFRS reporting and consolidation is a must
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge is required
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Result oriented, team player
- High sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
- Military service must be completed for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports and presentations periodically,
- To be involved in the annual budget planning process and to control and coordinate reporting departments in other group companies,
- Prepare Adhoc reports and presentations,
- Participate in the independent audit process, co-ordinate the auditors and prepare relevant reports,
- Managing the country-based reporting process,
- To follow up monthly budget and actual performances,
- To follow the reporting standards within the scope of legal and regulatory requirements (TCBM, SPK, IFRS, BDDK) and apply them in the group,
- To develop reporting and analysis processes by acquiring knowledge about SAP, Cognos TM1 etc. programmes,
- Design and implement effective budgeting and forecasting models for the company,
- Periodic and temporary budget expenditure analyses,
- Taking an active role in business development activities
