Responsibilities:

 Respond to incoming calls, emails, and patient messages professionally and courteously.

Provide detailed information about our medical services and destinations.

Identify patients' needs and concerns and direct them to the appropriate members of the medical team.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients and relevant information.

Collaborate closely with the team to ensure transparent communication and effective care coordination.

Requirements:

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.

Training or experience in the medical field (medical students, nurses, healthcare technicians, etc.).

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently while meeting goals and deadlines.

Strong sense of empathy and compassion towards patients.
