We are looking for our next “Warehouse Team Leader” in Hitachi Energy at Power Transformers ,Kartal- Istanbul, who is eager to contribute the change with continuous improvement mindset and inspire people in the organization in order to reach the level of ‘’World Class Manufacturing ‘’ necessities with below qualifications;

Your background

• University Degree in Engineering Departments or Logistic
• At least 2 years of experience within the Warehouse Management
• Knowledge of Ms Office Applications
• Advanced in SAP Application
• Leading TPM activities
• Ability to organize & prioritize to meet the specifications and deadlines,
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills,
• Ability to adapt and manage fast-paced environment and ability to change direction when priorities, deadlines etc. shift,
• Team player, analytical mindset and the ability to motivate others as well as continuous change & learning,
• Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence knowledge,
• Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish,
• Completed military service for male applicants,

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for processes to coordinate warehouses management, internal logistics, packaging and delivery
• Planning and realizing goods receipt, Packaging and delivery
• To monitor warehouse operations, create all transactions in SAP
• Leading the Warehouse Management digital transformation
• Solves major delivery problems in order to achieve higher performance of the productivity
• Ensures compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented, while monitoring, reporting progress and results. Driving improvements; Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing methodologies for continuous improvement & learning organization.
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate non-conformities, and deliver excellent customer service
• Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
• Manage and set-up daily MDI KPI  following S,Q,D,I,C
• Monitor and analyze results with methodology of A3,8D to clarify main root causes for the problems

• Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
