• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming.
• 2-3 years’ experience in the fields of Network & Hardware, user support, and experience in industrial ERP areas (e.g., Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Finance).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Basic database knowledge / SQL.
• Good teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate.
• Able to research process requirements and support implementation.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly creative with an analytical mind, able to use initiative.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

• Preferably residing in Çorlu (or willing to relocate to Çorlu).

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a new team member to join us at Hamburger Containerboard in the position of IT Infrastructure Specialist at our Corlu Plant.

• Providing training and user support to key users.
• Manage IT service operations (infrastructure, network devices, user devices, inventory, etc.).
• Ongoing identification of necessary process improvements for Turkish operations.
• Close cooperation with central Prinzhorn IT Function to plan and implement necessary adaptations, including systems integration.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware and network-related problems personally or with the help of the international IT team/external helpdesks.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage software and hardware installations in the company.
• Improving existing processes or creating new processes.
• Participating in local and global projects.
• User support for software systems (AS2K, BDE, MCT, BATSCH, SAP).
• Operate local systems and interfaces such as E-delivery, E-invoice, E-archive, E-ledger, BOYS.
• Manage local software licenses and the company’s GSM.
