Qualifications

• Valid ICAO license approved by SHGM, 
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Having an excellent proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Familiar with Eurocontrol applications,
• Have a university degree in related fields,
• Capable of working in shifts and handling stressful situations,
• Have strong communication ability,
• Being a solution oriented team player, dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Dispatching and managing all phases of the operation (before, during and after the flight) by the requirements of the operating license to airlines and private aircraft companies.

• Providing flight support and service requests from airline and private aircraft companies,
• Ensuring flight operation services are performed by the ICAO/JAA and the rules served (FOM, MEL and Operation Instructions),
• To deliver and follow up the ATC plans to the relevant ATC units by the ICAO/JAA rules,
• Distributing flight plans and flight releases,
• Checking the documents required for the flight and ensuring that they are keep up to date,
• Re-routing flight as necessary, calculating appropriate fuel loads,
• By the received flight support service requests; organizing hotel reservations, car arrangements, catering, etc. that support flight services.
