 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Science, Aviation Management, or related disciplines,
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a ground operation position,
• Certifications in Auditing, Quality Assurance, or Compliance (e.g., IOSA or ISO Auditor) are advantageous,
• Familiarity with aviation procedures, manuals, regulations, and standards (e.g., GOM, AHM, IGOM),
• Knowledge of applicable EU safety regulations, Turkish DGCA regulations, and all associated requirements and procedures (Air OPS, IOSA, ISAGO, Turkish DGCA),
• Proficiency in the English language,
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, presentations, and effective stakeholder communication,
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills,
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships,
• Respectful behaviour and excellent rhetorical skills,
• Strong discussion skills and analysis capabilities,
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work,
• Willingness to travel.

Job Description

• Assist the Compliance Program Manager with the proper implementation and execution of CMP in Ground Operations,
• Implement compliance monitoring procedures and regularly review them for alignment with national and international requirements,
• Collaborate with Line Managers to collect necessary data, documentation, and feedback to assess the compliance and effectiveness of operational procedures within the Ground Operations Department,
• Contribute to planning and executing audits and inspections within ground operations, including external service providers. Report findings accurately and oversee the implementation of corrective actions,
• Perform trend analysis on audit findings to identify recurring issues and opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance monitoring processes,
• Support in the development and delivery of training presentations on the compliance monitoring system to enhance awareness and understanding among staff members,
• Act as a liaison with external bodies and stakeholders, such as regulatory authorities and other relevant external entities, as necessary,
• Represent the company on ground operational compliance matters.
