Which tasks is the " International Accounting Manager" responsible for at FLO?

• Responsible all accounting operations and statutory compliance activities,
• Ensuring that all accounting transactions are properly prepared and reported,
• Managing any related party transactions in alignment with the relevant teams,
• Performing the monthly financial closing activities and ensure for timely and accurate financial closing & submission,
• First point of contact with the local accounting teams/auditors/tax consultants to adequately plan the statutory compliance of GAAPs,
• Taking an active role for improving efficiency & quality of the accounting process,
• Following the foreign tax legislation, informing and directing the relevant persons,
• Managing incorporation of new foreign companies.

• If you have bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or other related departments,
• If you have more than 8 of experience in accounting/tax and similar areas, preferably in the retail sector,
• If you have Experience in working with foreign entities and having sufficient international accounting knowledge,
• If you have advanced user of MS Office and preferably having knowledge of SAP,
• If you have experienced in the implementation of accounting standards, tools and optimization of accounting processes,
• If you have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English,
• If you have process-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality,
• If you are taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility,
• If you are having analytic and reporting skills,
• If you are ability to travel,
