GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Being presentable with a smooth diction and speaking fluent in English is essential. ***
• Having min. 2 years of experience in a similar position in Shipyard Marketing Departments or similar companies.***
• Being Turkish Citizen. ***
• Living in Istanbul Anatolian Side.
• Being expert for MS Office Programs.
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Being good team worker.
• Quick thinking and resourceful to deal with the volatile nature of job-Excellent communication, interpersonal and cross functional stakeholder management skills-Good planning and organizational skills.

JOB SCOPE:

• We are looking for a team member as a Sales and Marketing Specialist/Engineer with below duties;
• Maintaining and developing existing customer relations, to identify potential customers and adding them to portfolio.
• Obtaining the necessary/incomplete information from the customer for the preparation of the quotations by examining the customer demands.
• Reviewing and answering the customer's questions.
• Preparing cost analyzes and submits them to management approval.
• Receiving requests and preparing the quotations, submitting them to the management approval and forwarding the quotations to the customers after the approval.
• Getting request from customer and if needed getting inquiries from suppliers to prepare quotations.
• Preparing/Reviewing quotations, submitting them to the management approval and forwarding the quotations to the customers after the approval.
• Providing daily/weekly and monthly reports in line with the Sales Department's targets.
• Carrying out marketing activities in the domestic and foreign markets for the brands and products we represent
  
  

WORKING TYPE:

• Working for 5 days / 40 hours per week / Between 09:00-18:00
• Extra working hours will be paid.
