We are looking to recruite an experienced “Recruitment Specialist” to join the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Labor Economics, etc.)
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources,
• Having experience in Call Center sector is preferred,
• Advanced level knowledge of English,
• Having very good communication competence with different cultures and levels,
• Follow current studies in Human Resources applications and apply them,
• High research, planning and organizing skills,
• Prone to teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications,
• Preparing job adverts on different web sites and applications, (Linkedin, Kariyernet etc.)
• Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies,
• Checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates,
• Screening candidates,
• Making interview oh phone or face to face,
• Making reference check
