Job Purpose

Ensure all aspects of quality management by collecting quality KPIs to improve processes and products.

Experience

• Professional experience in a similar role: Minimum 2 years of experience in the field and/or on production lines.
• Work experience: Preferably in a multinational context, with similar dimensions. Experience in manufacturing industries.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
• Languages: Intermediate level of English.
• Highest Education Level: Engineer degree or Bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect, and propose measures to correct or improve products and processes to meet established quality standards.
• Analyze data for KPI reports.
• Identify root causes of reported problems and, through internal coordination, propose necessary corrective actions to reduce rejection rates and non-quality costs in line with KPIs.
• Support the collection and reporting of Non-Quality Costs (NQC).
• Take an active role in maintaining the company's ISO certification through the performance of internal audits.
• Provide quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion.
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with the project team and other internal clients.
• Create training materials and operating manuals.
• Implement quality management actions and contribute to the development of processes and products.
• Promote information and training on quality aspects (standards, procedures, and methods).
• Coordinate Quality Technicians to ensure they use standard procedures and analyze processes.
• Make recommendations for improvement.
