QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 6 years of engineering work experience about HVAC systems
• Experienced in quantity surveying, Price Analysing progress, progress payment arrangement  and contracts
• Knowledgeable and experienced in selection of HVAC equipment (e.g. air handling units, roof top units, exhaust fans, split A/C’s, etc.).
• Experienced in Building Mechanical Systems design/calculation of plumbing, HVAC (Ventilation, Heating, Air conditioning), Fire Detection and Extinguishing Systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, AutoCAD
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage
• Having strong leadership and coordination skills, project reading and project management abilities
• Strong communication skills, team worker
• Analytical thinking, ability to establish mathematical and logical relationships quickly, problem solving ability, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic
• Being able to work under stress
• Ability to work in harmony with other engineering disciplines

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares design basis for HVAC system in addition to material requisitions, technical specifications, and datasheets for HVAC equipment.
• Prepares detail design drawings such as: Buildings’ HVAC detail drawings (to be used by construction group at site), HVAC calculations of each premises.
• Draws up work schedules, orders, applications, instructions, explanatory notes, maps, diagrams and other technical documentation, as well as established reporting according to approved forms and within established deadlines.
• Reviews and approves suppliers’ technical proposals, prepares technical bid evaluation document based on these proposals and project requirements.
• Identifies the causes of premature wear of devices, take measures to prevent and eliminate them.
• Checks HVAC calculations and drawings in accordance with Russian standards.
• Prepares quantity statements for mechanical systems.
