Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced SAP CO and FI Financial Controller to enhance our company's financial performance and manage cost control and financial accounting processes using the SAP CO (Controlling) and FI (Financial Accounting) modules. This position will contribute to financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes and will improve cost efficiency and financial accuracy through the effective use of the SAP CO and FI modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience with the SAP CO module
• Strong knowledge and experience in financial control and cost accounting
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• High analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and proactive work approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented with leadership qualities
• Experience with the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Residing / able to reside in Çorlu or Lüleburgaz 

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve cost accounting processes using the SAP CO module.
• Oversee financial accounting processes using the SAP FI module
• Prepare financial reports and present them to senior management.
• Manage budget planning and control processes.
• Conduct cost analyses and provide efficiency improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize and update the SAP CO and FI modules
• Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.
• Managing external audit process and service levels.
• Review and enhance internal control processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
• Ensuring effective communication with other departments / group companies for collection of accurate and timely information to be used in financial reporting.
