Be part of the solid Year-on-Year growth of Digital Virgo in Turkey. We call for a talented individual with digital marketing skills to be part of the Business Operations team looking after the region while being based on the ground to get a better understanding of the market trends, competitors, and local factors. 

 You will be reporting locally to the Regional Manager and will work closely with the International Area Manager teams all around the world.

General Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related, e.g. Digital Marketing;

New graduate or have maximum 1 year work experience;

Excellent command of written and spoken English is MANDATORY.

Interest in digital marketing, know-how on Google Marketing/Analytics is a strong asset;

Positive thinking and focus on problem solving;

Analytical Skills; Excel and other proprietary software;

Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

Personal Traits:

The ideal candidate must have a residence in İstanbul Anatolian side;

Having ambition to develop his/her carreer in the Marketing&Business Operations field;

Open minded and open for self-development & humble personality with interest and eager to learn;

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written;

Ability to multi-task but still attend to detail and focus on important issues;

Work extremely well in a team environment;

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily management of business operations at markets where we operate; reporting to Regional Manager as part of a multi-national team;

Account management for existing clients and commercial reporting to Management;

Be in close contact with technical team for resolution of requests and implementation;

Execute market research & competition analysis on a periodical basis;

Operational work accomplishment on a daily basis;

Translation;

Improving communication and sharing experiences with our global offices;

Support the management of digital advertisement and content management;

Support in the preparation of management reports and business monitoring;

Business Operations management via different tools.
