We are looking for team members to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you.
Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
- Excellent communication with the rest of the staff.
- Follow hotel standard and adhering to all Marriott policies.
- To ensure that all Guest concerns, complaints and compliments are resolved and addressed in an appropriate manner.
- Order Living Room / Lounge food and beverage inventory
Required Skills
- Experience in F&B and or Hotel Operations
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B Services in an international hotel
- Excellent communication skills
- Handling VIP guests
- Problem solving
- Organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills Opera and Microsoft Office programs
- Good level of English essential (written and spoken)
- High School, Diploma, Degree education or equivalent required
