GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

JOB DEFINITION

• Perform process audits and compliance audits of all group companies in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit program and perform any investigation of suspected illegal or fraudulent activities within the organization and report results to top management,
• Creating the annual audit planning and leading the process,
• Ensure completion of audits/projects within agreed timescales,
• Perform internal audits of all Group companies (both in Turkey and Greece) in order to evaluate processes and internal controls, identify improvement areas and report to the top management,
•  Prepare and organize working papers with adequate documentation showing nature, scope and results of examination,
• Responsible for auditing internal controls – review and assessment of business process controls in order to mitigate risks,
• Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes,
• Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place,
• Follow up the developments in the field of internal audit,
