Within your role, you will:

• Source, headhunt and recruit candidates by using databases, Kariyer.net, LinkedIn or social media, etc.,
• Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment,
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications,
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule,
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes,
• Follow up new employees in order to become fully integrated,
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  
  

What will make you successful for the role:

• University degree in related fields,
• C1 level of English (both written & spoken),
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist,
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone screening, online/face-to-face interview, reference check, etc.),
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems is a plus,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools.
