Job Description

• Point of contact in scope of HR related IT projects’ coordination including digitalization & process improvement activities in Türkiye and Middle East
• HR Global, ESS/MSS and TalentHub 1st level technical support for Türkiye and Middle East
• HR IT Applications - Compas Responsible and MDF (Master Data Officer) of Türkiye and Middle East
• Support WorkON  processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from related departments of the universities (i.e. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering etc.)
• To have 1-3 years of working experience, project management skills, ability to learn deeply into system's functions and detailed working and high sense of quality
• Good command of English both written and spoken to work and collaborate in the Global HRS network
• Collaborative, good communication skills, structured and analytic thinking, result oriented and be a great team-member
