• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in ERP applications within the retail sector,
• Knowledge and experience with Nebim ERP systems,
• Experience conducting needs analysis for Nebim ERP projects,
• Proficiency in SQL databases and technical products, preferred,
• Ability to manage integrations between different software platforms (proficient in API Gateway, Web Services Technologies),
• Strong numerical analysis skills and analytical problem-solving abilities,
• Experienced in project management and supplier management,
• Strong planning and organizational skills, effective time management,
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Preferably experienced in Business Intelligence,
• No travel restrictions,
• Fluent in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyzing Nebim ERP software requests from store and headquarters teams to prioritize tasks,
• Conducting acceptance tests in collaboration with business teams and ensuring their completion,
• Managing implementation plans for transitioning requests to live systems,
• Analyzing issues reported by support and providing permanent solutions,
• Giving support for checking 3rd party consultant efforts and make consensus with vendors,
• Managing and supporting the integration of the Nebim system with different applications (such as B2C and marketplaces) ,
• Monitoring Nebim system performance,
• Conducting benchmarks to support business teams with new requirements,
• Organizing internal Nebim ERP training sessions.
