YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible for work safety in terms of behavioral and situational aspects of himself and his employees.
• Control of contractor equipments in contractor works, ensuring safe operations and determination of risks before and during work.
• In elevated works; Filling work permits and following up work permit requirements.
• Reporting near misses, Observations and accidents.
• Read and record electricity meters, perform daily general checks.
• Fixing and repairing faults in the electrical systems in operation.
• Ensuring the reliable operation of generators and transformers during power outages and keeping them under control.
• PLC programming and updates, troubleshooting.
• Elimination of electrical and automation problems and improvement of production lines and machinery.
• Knowing and use existing maintenance techniques to maintain and improve maintenance performance.                   
• Making recommendations to improve and develop existing systems and working actively  in improvement works.
• To work according to the instructions of the manager and to provide technical support to other departments when requested.
• Defining  potential risks in the maintenance department and taking action to eliminate them.
• Participating in maintenance meetings to transfer developments and changes in the department
• Operating the department efficiently by using resources (energy, consumables, equipment and devices). Ensuring the cleanliness, layout and order of the department.
• Competencies to solve problems and make decisions, to be suitable for team work.
• Responsibility the technical (maintenance) job demands of all departments in the factory.
• Improvement and re-producing of some parts of the machines if necessary.
• Technical supporting  in the  establishment and commissioning of new investments.
• To ensure job safety, to actively participate in activities carried out to protect the environment and to ensure its implementation on behalf of the company.
• Respecting  job safety instructions and trainings, risk assessment results, emergency plans, safety and health signs and practices and ensure their implementation within the company.
• To participate in 5S activities in the work area, to follow up and to observe the compliance with the requirements of 5S standards, to follow the action plan resulting from the audit.
• Following  and filling visual panels(KPI) on time and accuracy.
• Participating in the problem solving activities (fast, standard, major Kaizen, 6 Sigma projects) implementing within the factory and to manage the improvement projects assigned to it.
• Observes the esh, quality, efficiency, etc. in the factory. Reporting improvement suggestions through the suggestion system, commissioning the suggestions assigned to them,
• Ensuring the control and supervision of autonomous maintenance activities carried out within the factory.
• To take an active role in the commissioning of new applications that come with the production system and to act as a role model for the operators.
• Follow up of ESH rules, deliver the job and daily activities of work as in line with of 5S, ISO 9001 and ESTA requirements.
• Maintain the all process and product checks on time, in full with the right direction and record the results.
• To provide occupational health and safety, to take an active part in the activities carried out for protection of the environment and to ensure its implementation on behalf of the enterprise.

WHO YOU ARE

• Associate degree of vocational school of higher education related to electricity, electronic or mecathronic
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of electrical and automation materials and systems
• MS Office programs
• Good analytical experience
• Result-oriented, problem-solving,
• Preferably intermediate level of English
• Preferably SAP MM information
• Result-oriented perspective compatible with collaboration and teamwork
