QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Sales&Marketing Specialist for our Company which operates in Flexible packaging  business.  The position will be placed in Gebze / Kocaeli.

Job Description

Provide ability to form, administer and coordinate all aspects of company Marketing&Sales functions, strategies, objectives and initiatives. Client engagement by tracking orders and provide excellent customer service by responding client demands.

Implement marketing strategies to fulfill goals for growth objectives and company branding. Coordinate the marketing function to enable execution of competitive strategies in key markets and products. Coordinate, monitor, and report key marketing and sales metrics against goals. Support, coordinate and organize overall marketing and sales objectives while reporting directly  Sales & Marketing Manager of the company.

Major Contributing Activities:

 Marketing & Sales:

1.Management of customer orders

2. Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services

3. Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services

4. Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets and or new products into new markets

5. Manage and execute the brand image of the company

 6. Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including:sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties

 7. Manage, and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall business plan

8. Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze and recommend actions based on status of individual customers or groups of customers

9. Organize and support sales and marketing reporting

10. Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's Degree in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or  Engineering.

·         The successful candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.

·         Analytical, proactive, taking initiative and solution-oriented

·         Analysing the current operations and generate strategies to further improve the portfolio & production efficiency,

·         Good innovative, and interpersonal skills. Above average personal, communication and business skills

• Should have good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience in ERP is plus.

·         Completed military service (for male candidates)
