Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Economics, Finance, Accounting,  Business administration, Insurance, or other relevant departments of a reputable university
• Advanced-level English language, both written and verbal
• Having 8 years of experience in the finance or technical accounting departments of insurance or brokering firms  will be an asset,
• Preferably has a working knowledge of technical insurance accounting or at least eager to learn,
• Preferably has advance knowledge and experience of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Hardworking, accurate, result-oriented, open to learning, team player, 
• Has analytical thinking, brainstorming, and problem-solving skills,
• Has creative/innovative approach and self-confidence,
• Will abide by flexible working hours during high seasons,
• A strict follower of the duties assigned,

Job Description

• Following brokerage and premium collections and payments by means of systematic reports and reconciliations with counterparts
• Preparing regular analysis reports to follow up business performance in respect of business lines (facultative and treaty)
• Booking and allocation fiduciary movements.
• Performing regular benchmark analysis of actual figures in comparison to budget of business lines
• Managing written and verbal communications with the clients abroad
