QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from Mathematic Engineering, Economics, Business Administration departments of universities
- Having at least 10 years of managerial experience at Manager / Executive level in the Finance Department of Banks or corporation companies.
- Experienced in planning and management reporting (Cash Flow, Cash management, Backlog etc.) Preferably experienced in ERP-based digital management reporting projects
- Knowledge of MS Office programs especially advanced use of the Excel
- Advanced use of ERP programs and Preferably experienced in SAP and experienced BI reporting tools
- Having knowledge of English,
- Attentive to ethical standards
- Solution partner and Data driven, questioner, analytical and risk manager with excellent attention to detail
- Planned and disciplined in time management
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of cash management reports for the Holding's group companies, foreign, local subsidiaries, branches and projects, planning and periodic monitoring of their actual controls (planning short/medium/long term cash flow)
- Managing and reporting daily/monthly cash needs, creating payment plans in treasury operations
- Monitoring risk management by the financial leverage and reporting of debt-receivable maturity analysis and risk liabilities arise from cash and non-cash positions of the group companies.
- Asset and credit fund management and identifying resource needs
- Managing all cash and non-cash financial operations (treasury operations, loan positions, letter of guarantee transactions, etc.) end-to-end ın accordance with group financial policies
- Supporting on matters related to the finance department during internal and external audit processes and ensuring the necessary communication and coordination
- Analyzing the company's cash position, making cash evaluations and providing investment recommendations. For this purpose; following up exchange rate positions and other index values subject to inflation on a daily basis.
- Providing a supportive and instructive vision for the development of the finance team
