Qualifications:

• ·       A degree of the Mechanical Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences of top-tier universities
• ·       5+ years' experience of working on a product management or other similar position
• ·       Fluent in English both verbal and written
• ·       Good practical experience with MS Office
• ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• ·       Problem-solving skills
• ·       Excellent time management skills.
• ·       Ability to multitask.

Job Description:

The responsibilites you will have at Anadolu Isuzu as “Product Supervisor’’ will entail. 

• Guide and coach team-mates? monitoring their productivity
• Leading the determination of product strategies
• Managing product road maps and releases
• Identifying and filling product gaps, generate new product ideas.
• Analyze internal and external environment to asses factors that might affect product strategies
• Researching customer needs, wants, demands and experiences to determine product feature requirement.
• Developing product pricing and positioning strategies for domestic and international markets to contribute to profitability
• Working in harmony with engineering, project, and sales teams
• Working with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches.
• Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events
