QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts, with more than 30 years of experience in the tourism sector, excel in serving guests from all over the world. Together with international ultra-luxury hospitality brands JOALI Maldives and JOALI BEING, BIJAL, Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts are part of Gürok Group. As Gürok Group, we have been maintaining our strong position among Turkey's largest private sector groups for 75 years.

Currently, Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts is looking for “Organizational Development Lead” who will lead our employee experience journey.

 

Who we are looking for?

·         5+ years of experience in Career Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management etc. in hospitality. (global chained-brand hotels is preferred.)

·         High proficiency in managing HRIS digital transformation projects (SAP HCM, Oracle HR, Humanist etc.) will be considered.

·         Bachelor’s degree in related fields from a reputable university.

·         Excellent command of both verbal and written English,

·         Strong communication, presentation skills.

·         Ability to balance company and employee interests effectively

 

What will you do?

 

·         Lead and improve career management systems,

·         As a key user of SAP SuccessFactors, lead implementation project with IT team.

·         Drive standardization for the execution of Career Management policies and procedures, manage promotion process.

·         Be a partner of employees for their career paths.

·         Follow up the development plans of the employees based on our competency-based career management system.

·         Work closely with the Group Company HR teams and Gürok Academy to improve development plans.

·         Follow future trends for designing employee journey and projects.

- Foreign Language Compensation is paid to employees who certify their foreign language knowledge at the level of B1 and above in the CEF (Common European Framework) Language Level Indicators scale, in amounts to be determined by our facility for each foreign language as long as they work.

- Season Performance Bonus (Season performance bonus is paid in an amount up to one month's salary based on the total working days of the personnel who successfully complete the season).
