Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Princes' Palace Resort in Istanbul, responsible for supervising food service, maintaining service standards, and providing exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills, including team management and training
• Experience in Food Service, including knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Extensive knowledge on Wine & Spirits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
• Dedication to maintaining high service standards and delivering exceptional customer service
• Fluency in English and Turkish languages
